Qualified candidates must have a USPTO registration number, Texas state bar membership in good standing, significant experience (ideally 5 years or more) in a sophisticated patent practice, strong technical background in engineering, computer science or physical sciences, work with confidence and enforce high standards in all aspects of their work.

Patent Agent

Qualified candidates must have a USPTO registration number, significant experience (ideally 5 years or more) in a sophisticated patent practice, strong technical background (ideally Ph.D. or equivalent industry experience) in engineering or physical sciences, work with confidence and enforce high standards in all aspects of their work.

US Patent Paralegal

Qualified candidates must have 5+ years law firm experience, 3+ years of patent prosecution experience, fluency with USPTO’s PAIR and EFS, strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent time management skills with attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
